MINIMUM ORDER IS  $625.00

The prices under each picture on this wholesale site are based on an order of $625.00-$2999.99.

All order over $2500.00 will be paid by wire transfer.  Canadian customers are required to pay (USD's)  by wire transfer for all transactions including prepaid shipping fees, no discounts due to wire transfer fees.   

Orders $3000.00 and above will receive a 2% discount.

Orders over $10,000 Contact customers service.... for special discounts.

How do I pay for my order.

 We have several secure systems in place to accept payment.

 (1) We can take your credit cards over the phone. ( MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American express or  bank Debit Cards,  Please, never e-mail your credit card number, its not secure.

 (2) We  accept cashiers checks, money orders, company and personal checks. ( Checks must clear before merchandise is shipped.)

 (3) We also accept  PAYPAL and all the credit cards PAYPAL accepts. We will work with you any way we can.

 (4) All Canadian or non -continental USA  customers will be required to pay by Wire Transfer. 

 (5)  All orders over $2500.00 USD will be paid in full including shipping charges by Bank Wire Transfer or 

cashiers check...

 Orders Processed

Your order is normally processed within 24 hour after billing during the work week. (You are billed immediately through your credit card.) Our hours are Monday through Friday, 9.00 to 5.00 Central time .

  Delivery Time.

Our warehouse is located in California. The normal shipping time to the east coast is 7 to 9 days. If you are closer to California of course it will be less.

 

*****What do I do if I receive a damaged item?

Upon receiving your order you see damage on your boxes, make sure you note them on the Deliver Receipt prior to signing.  If you encounter missing boxes, please note on the receipt slip "missing boxes" and the quantity missing. 

*****NOTE:: Carriers have deadlines on accepting damaged Merchandise claims. You must inventory and check for damage right away. You must  file your damaged Merchandise report  and file your claim to your Carrier (CCX, UPS Etc.) within 10 days after delivery of Merchandise.

We require notification in our office within TEN (10) days after delivery for any items missing or manufacturers defect on the shipment or we can not recover the cost of the missing merchandise from the Manufacture.  If the Manufacture declines payment to us, you will not be credited on your next order or refunded the cost of the Merchandise.

Items broken or missing will not be shipped individually. ( Shipping Cost is Prohibitive) However, if all the obligations above are met, you can reorder the damaged  items on your next purchase. ( Carrier paid you for those  items) WE Will replace the missing items or refund the cost of the Missing items, after the Manufacture reimburse us.  

You should take  pictures of the damaged Merchandise. We recommend you send us a copy of the claim you filled with the carrier and we will keep it in your folder here at the office.

 Return Policy

If you refuse shipment or want to return merchandise, buyer will be responsible for shipping fees both ways and a 20% restocking fee will also be imposed. We will not accept returned Merchandise without OUR RECALL NUMBER on the load.

We do our best to keep this site updated with price changes. We  delete obsolete items and add new items as they are released. We are also human and errors are made ( Prices can change without notice). When you place an order we verify the prices and availability.  We send you a "quote"  for you to verify items ordered, cost, and estimated shipping. When you agree and we receive payment,  we ship your order. That way you or We have no surprises.

We have contracts with many shipping companies to get you the best price possible to your location. Shipping charges will be collected by the truck driver upon delivery. (NOTE: Residential deliveries could be charged additional shipping fees by the driver, its at his discretion.)
